FoE has been established in the UK for over 40 years.   It is well known in the UK for its environmental campaigns.  It works  with over 60 countries  - predominantly in the Global South.   It is these communities which face  the real impacts of climate change such as hurricanes, flooding and drought. For millions of people environmental destruction is  “right here, right now”.
